10 Ways To FanGirl in London

Part of my Disneyland Paris trip this Fall will be a stop in London!  There are so many things that London has to offer, and of course, you can't see them all in a few days!  However, I've picked my Top 10 Favorite Things to See as a FanGirl in London!

My First FanGirl Focus is on Harry Potter!

Harry Potter
1.  The Bridges of Harry Potter

Three main bridges in London were featured in the Harry Potter Series:
In The Order of the Phoenix, Harry flies along the Thames and over the Tower Bridge on his broomstick;
in The Half-Blood Prince, The Millennium Bridge is featured in a dramatic opening scene when it is destroyed by Death Eaters;
and in The Prisoner of Azkaban, the Lambeth Bridge is where the Knight Bus squeezes between two double deckers!

What a great way to visit scenes from the Harry Potter movies and imagine that you were there!

2.  Warner Bros Studio Tour:  The Making of Harry Potter
I am very excited about having the opportunity to explore two soundstages full of Harry Potter memorabilia!  Many of the iconic sets such as Diagon Alley, Dumbledoor's Office, Umbridge's Office, Snape's Potion Class, The Great Hall and many more were preserved for fans to see!  The Studio Tour is self-guided and will allow you to immerse yourself into the world of Harry Potter!

3.  Lendenhall Market
Lendenhall Market is a beautiful, covered Victorian Market in London.  You will recognize the Victorian Roof in several Harry Potter films since it was used for portions of Diagon Alley.    This will be a great place to shop, buy souvenirs, and look for the entrance to the Leaky Cauldron!

4.  Kings Cross Station
Of course we will need to gather our luggage and head for Station 93/4 !  No worries though, You don't need a ticket: A special section of the Station has been converted for Harry Potter fans ! (apparently we were overtaking Kings Cross Station.)

It will be so exciting!! But that won't be the end of my adventure...  Can you guess where is next on my FanGirl List for London?
