Training Plans


The human body is built for survival and is quite resilient to most of the stresses we can throw at it; however, you just can't expect to run 13 miles overnight!  You must train, and training correctly requires a plan.  Planning gives you goals that provide steps to success.   A solid plan includes running, cross training, and interval training.
