21 Day Fix Report Card

castle

This week concludes my 21 Day Fix * 2 !  I reported on my first 3 weeks on the 21 Day Fix in my Honest Review on August 8th.

I continued with portion control for the next 4 weeks, but concentrated on my running.  For the last 3 weeks, before I left for Disneyland Paris, I jumped back on the 21 Day Fix routines.

Was the Second time around easier?  Harder?   Better?  Here is what I thought!

1.  Shakeology
I continued to drink Shakeology every day!  I love it.  I took the blender bottle and Vegan Chocolate powder to work.  I am on a very busy schedule right now, and I knew I wouldn't have the extra minutes in the morning to mix it up in the blender.  The blender bottle worked great!  And I will continue to keep it at work!

2.  Daily Exercise
Doing the routines every day seemed to be harder because I was so busy at work.  My first time around, I got up early every morning.  This time, the majority of the workouts were done after work and before bed.  Morning workouts make me feel so much better!

3.  Water
Drinking my 8 glasses or more of water has become routine.  I really hate the taste of tap water or water fountain water, so I stocked up on Evian or Fiji.  The liter bottles helped me get the ounces in!

4.  Portion Control
Portion Control has become routine.  My stomach/head know how much is just right or too much!  I feel really good, too.  If you know me, you know I struggle with low blood sugar, and the focus on my protein has really helped!

5.  Stats
This is the best part!
At my Review on August 8th, I had lost 3 pounds and a total of 4 1/2 inches.
Between August 8th and September 15th, I have lost 5 more pounds, and a total of 4 1/2 more inches!
Total Score:

Weight:  8 pounds
Waist: 2 1/2 inches
Hips: 2 inches
Butt:  2.5 inches
Thighs: 2 inches
Body Fat: 3%

I went into this not expecting "instant" results.  Even though Beachbody promotes 3 weeks to success, we are not all wired that way and persistence is the key!  Do I have rock solid abs?  No... but I'm getting there!  And I will keep on working!

Thanks to everyone for being so encouraging!  I'm looking forward to the next workout!
