My Favorite Holiday Inspired Smoothies!

Holidays are tough on my diet!  Why is it that there are so many flavorful foods that only come out during the holidays?  It is definitely hard to say no; so instead, I mix these yule tide flavors in with my daily protein powder to bring some holiday cheer to my smoothies!

Gingerbread!


Gingerbread Cookies


This smoothie has that same tangy flavor of gingerbread without all the "dough"!

Vanilla Protein Powder
Water**
Ice
Shake a little of each into the mix:
Cinnamon
Ginger
Nutmeg
Cloves
Alspice

Chocolate Covered Cherries!

Dark Chocolate Covered Cheeries

Simple, ingredients that capture those little balls of dark chocolate, cherry joy!

Chocolate Protein Mix
Water**
Ice
Frozen Cherries

Eggnog!


EggNog

This mix is probably my favorite of all the holiday smoothies because of the rich velvet texture and creamy taste!

Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Banana
Water**
Ice
Nutmeg to Taste

** I use water as my base, but coconut water or almond milk is great, too!

These are only my favorite flavors;  there are endless ways to capture the holiday goodness!  In fact, I'm going to work on a Pecan Pie flavor this week!
